Services

I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) across New Jersey, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

CalmThrive Therapy is an independent private practice located within the Be Kind Counseling, LLC office in New Providence, NJ. 

Finances

Fees
  • Individual Sessions: $216 for a 45-min session.

  • Sliding scale: A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available. Please inquire if cost is a barrier. 

  • Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via a secure online platform.

Insurance
  • Out of Network

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.

However, I can provide you with a detailed statement after each session, which you may submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network mental health benefits.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your story. I draw from evidence-based tools while honoring your identity and goals, so together we can find what truly supports you.
 
As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) with over six years of experience, I believe therapy is about creating space where your emotions are honored, your strengths uncovered, and your goals respected.
